In addition to the expensive PE fibers, inexpensive braided lines are often braided with cheap synthetic fibers (e.g. polyester), which only have a fraction of the breaking strain. Like the Ironline 8, this Ironline is made of 100% high-quality PE fibers, which are braided 4 times round. As a result, the line has a high breaking strain, is very abrasion-resistant and has hardly any stretch. The dark green color blends in with the surroundings under water.
